Other than that, have fun creating clothing, and I wish you all the best with your business!

I really like paper patterns and am not sure about using an ePattern. What are the advantages (besides the cheaper price)?
An PDF Pattern really is still a paper pattern, since you’ll need to print it out to use it. However, it has several advantages over a conventional paper pattern:
  1. You get your pattern instantly. There is no wait for it to be shipped. So if you’re in a hurry or have a pressing project, you’ll have your pattern within a matter of minutes.
  2. You can never lose a pattern piece. If you misplace a sleeve, you can just print out a new one from your PDF.
  3. Because my patterns are PDFs, they are scalable. You can tell Adobe Reader to print them to any percentage you like.
  4. Your PDF Patterns will not take up physical storage space. If you don’t have a sewing room or dedicated storage space, you can always toss your printouts when you aren’t using them, then print out new pieces for a future project at a later date.

What software do I need to open and print my PDF Pattern?
All you need to open and print a PDF is Adobe Reader, which is a free program. You can download the latest version at http://www.adobe.com/acrobat.

Are LivelyStitch Design patterns easy enough for beginners to use?
I do NOT recommend my patterns for beginners!  Some patterns are fairly easy to follow and construct.  However, if you are new to sewing, most of my designs will be a challenge.

How will I receive my pattern file?
After checkout you will immediately receive an email with a link to a receipt. Click through to your receipt and the download link will be located below the name of the pattern that you ordered. Click that link to download your pattern. Make sure you save it to your computer!

Is it difficult to tape pieces together?
Not at all. Just align pattern pieces matching all large letters (most cases these will be in RED).  Do now overlap.  Just tape in place.
